Track with your tracking number
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a link. Open that email and click the tracking link to see the latest status and estimated delivery date. Tracking usually begins updating within 24 to 48 hours of your shipping confirmation.
Can't find your tracking email?
It's worth checking your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, send us your order number and we'll look it up and send your tracking details straight over.
A few things to keep in mind
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before they ship.
- Standard US delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after processing.
- Tracking can occasionally pause for a day or two between carrier scans. That's normal and your parcel is still on its way.
