We want you to love your hat. If something isn't right, we make returns straightforward.

Our 30-day return policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the hat must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original box with any tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email us at info@oliversorensen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with simple instructions and a return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we will approve your refund and issue it to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to post the funds.

Return shipping

If your return is due to our error, such as a faulty or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your hat arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.
