We want your Oliver Sorensen hat to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Each hat is checked by hand and boxed carefully so it keeps its shape in transit. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times and rates
- United States: Free standard shipping on every order. Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after processing.
- Expedited (US): Available at checkout where offered, with estimated delivery of 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Occasionally weather, holidays, or carrier delays can add a little time.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time from our Track Your Order page.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
