Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with tracking included. Full details are in our shipping policy.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then arrive within 4–8 business days, Monday to Friday. That's 5–10 business days in total. See our shipping policy for more information.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check progress on our track your order page.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 31 days from receiving your order to start a return, on unworn items in their original condition. For more information, visit our refund policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, then we cover it. See our refund policy.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges. Email info@oliversorensen.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like instead, and we'll arrange it.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches us it's inspected within 7 business days and refunded to your original payment method. Banks typically take a further 3–5 business days to show it. There is no restocking fee. See our refund policy.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB and UnionPay, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. The full list is on our payment policy page.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your full card details. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.
Products and sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements in inches. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help you pick.
What sizes do you carry?
Our range runs S to 2XL.
How should I care for my order?
Care instructions are on the label of each garment. As a general rule, wash knitwear cool and dry it flat to keep its shape.
Orders and contact
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best. Once it's with the carrier it can't be changed, but you can still return it under our refund policy.
