How long until my order ships?
We prepare and pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Standard US delivery is 5 to 8 business days after processing. Expedited options, where available, arrive in 2 to 4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or head to our Track Your Order page.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn hat in its original condition and box. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
My hat arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry about that. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Sizing & fit
What size will fit me?
Our hats are designed with a comfortable, medium fit and an internal sweatband. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us your head measurement and we'll point you in the right direction.
How do I care for my hat?
Keep it dry when you can, brush it gently to remove dust, and store it on a flat surface or upside down on its crown. Spot clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
